A hot day. Got to Kinter view and was told about some trail magic that was going to happen at the next road crossing after lunch sometime. I got to the road and told that a member of a trail family was coming back onto the track and bringing trail magic. I felt unwelcome so I cut off my nose to spite my face and skulked off down the track. I also felt I would lose too much time if I lingered too long. Got to Yellow Springs Ruins and there were no ruins of the old coal mining settlement but there was a nice camping area. While setting up camp hikers coming past were telling me all about the wonderful trail magic I had missed out on. Went to bed sulking.
